                - (4) 8 foot tables

                - 75 folding chairs

Includes use of:

                 - 1 microwave

                 - Electric stove

                 - Dishwasher

                 - Ice Machine

                 - Refrigerator

                 - Large scale projector and screen with integrated sound system

Rental Rates

             - $150 per day use for citizens. Please remember 

                      this rate is provided to the City of Tuscola RESIDENTS ONLY - proof

                     that you live inside the city limits is required  

                 - $250 per day use for non-citizens

                 -  $100 per day use for non-profit organizations 

                 -  Full or All day rentals only

Deposit

                   - A $200 deposit is required on all rentals

                   - Deposit will be refunded depending on the condition of the building

                       and timely return of key
