                - 2400 square feet

                - (6) 60 inch round tables

                - (4) 8 foot tables

                - 75 folding chairs

Includes use of:

                 - 1 microwave

                 - Electric stove

                 - Dishwasher

                 - Ice Machine

                 - Refrigerator

                 - Large scale projector and screen with integrated sound system

Rental Rates

             - $150 per day use for citizens or $100 for half day use. Please remember 

                      this rate is provided to the City of Tuscola RESIDENTS ONLY - proof

                     that you live inside the city limits is required  

                 - $250 per day use for non-citizens or $150 for half day use

                 -  $100 per day use for non-profit organizations or $50 for half

                     day use or $30 for two hour meetings

                 -  Half day times available are 8am to 4pm or 4pm to 12am

Deposit

                   - A $100 deposit is required on all rentals

                   - Deposit will be refunded depending on the condition of the building

                       and timely return of key
